Revenge Can Be Sweet

R&B sensation Muni Long has done it again! She released an expose’ of ear candy for us to indulge in on August 30th. Her album tells a story of the things that she has went through behind closed doors and she artistically tells it. No one would have ever known the dark side of her life because of how she was able to carry herself through her downs in her light.

When we go through life, we are always going to encounter many ups and downs no matter where the storms come from. There are no ways to prepare for them because they come when we least expect it. When they occur, they are testing us in order to see how strong our foundation is.

Will it knock us over and destroy, or just shake you a little and bypass ?

It takes A LOT of FAITH and COURAGE to get through hard times no matter how catastrophic it may look when you’re in eye of it. You have to be conscious when we endure tough times because it can either consume you entirely and change your demeanor to the point where you operate from a low spirit. OR, you continue to endure it and you keep a smile and high spirits no matter how broken or battered you feel inside.

Storms don’t last forever, they will pass. Even in storms they teach us lessons that we may not know we need, but it was necessary. It was sent to shake something that did not need to be there anymore so that you could let go of something or someone that was holding you down. It was a wake up call that you needed in order to change something, or at least become aware of something that you were overlooking.

In the times of being down, it is important to remain upright because you don’t want to bear bitter fruits to the point where you’re actively wanting to poison other people because of the hurt you may feel. If this is something that occurs, vengeance will come to you tenfold and there is no hiding from it.

When you seek a better alternative to just focus on yourself and go through your self development phase to stray away from evil doings, you will be able to prosper anything you encounter.

Because you are victorious, you are upheld and poised in a position that allows you to be above the things that try to bring you down.
